Shipping Policy

 

Order processing: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

 

Shipping times: Most orders arrive within 5-10 business days in the United States and Canada. Some specialty items may take 10-15 business days. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout for each item.

 

Shipping costs: We offer free standard shipping on orders over $40 (before taxes). Orders under $40 ship at a flat rate shown at checkout.

 

Tracking: Every order includes tracking. If your tracking has not updated within 5 business days of your shipping confirmation, contact us at adegroup05@gmail.com and we will investigate right away.

 

Lost or damaged items: If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund.
